Your Life Agency LLC ("Your Life Agency," "we," "us") is a licensed independent insurance agency (NPN 19487809). We help people shop for health, life, Medicare and supplemental insurance from multiple carriers.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (yourlifeagencyllc.com), our Facebook and Instagram lead forms and ads, and our calls, texts and emails with you.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, including the Health Insurance Marketplace® or Medicare.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call us or apply for coverage, we may collect:

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email, mailing address and state

  • Household details: date of birth, household size, who needs coverage and current coverage

  • Information needed to quote or enroll you: estimated income, doctors, prescriptions and health details when a carrier requires them

  • Identifiers needed for an application, such as a Social Security number, only when you enroll

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or interact with our ads, we and our service providers may collect device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you reached our site.

Information from others. We may receive information from insurance carriers, the Health Insurance Marketplace and lead platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you submit a form through them.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Contact you about the insurance options you asked about

  • Prepare quotes, compare plans and check eligibility for premium tax credits

  • Submit applications and enrollments to carriers or the Marketplace, with your consent

  • Service your policy, answer questions and send renewal reminders

  • Meet our legal, licensing and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping

  • Improve our website and advertising

We only use health information to quote, enroll or service your coverage. We never use it for marketing unrelated to your request.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it to lead buyers or other agencies.

We share information only as needed to help you:

  • Insurance carriers and the Health Insurance Marketplace, to quote and enroll you in coverage you choose

  • Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our CRM, phone, texting, email and website providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • Legal and regulatory bodies, when required by law, subpoena or a state insurance department or CMS request

  • A successor business, if Your Life Agency is sold or merged, under the same protections

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Calls, texts and emails

When you submit a form and check our consent box, you agree that Your Life Agency LLC and its licensed agents may contact you about insurance by phone, text and email, including with automated technology or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Stop texts: Reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Stop calls: Tell us on any call, or email us, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.

  • Stop emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Opting out of marketing does not stop messages we must send about a policy you already have.

Cookies, ads and social media forms

Our website uses cookies and similar tools from our website host and analytics and advertising partners to keep the site working, understand how it is used and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though some features may not.

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects that information under its own privacy policy and passes it to us. We then handle it as described in this policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Security, retention and your choices

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as password-protected systems and limited staff access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention. We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

Children. Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 except as part of a family application submitted by a parent or guardian.

Your choices. You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; contact us and we will honor them as the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
